Service Description

This in-person consultation includes everything offered in a virtual consultation — plus the advantage of evaluating your property or project space together, on site. It’s the most accurate and efficient way to begin planning, spot issues early, and move forward with confidence. During the visit, we’ll walk through your space, discuss your goals, and I’ll provide real-time feedback. When applicable, the visit can include: ✔️ Reviewing structure, ceiling heights, layouts, and finishes ✔️ Field observation of accessibility, grading, lot layout, and utilities ✔️ Taking rough measurements (when helpful to understand scale or fit) ✔️ Identifying possible red flags: zoning limits, code issues, or egress needs ✔️ Reviewing HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing locations, etc. ✔️ Quick field sketches, diagrams, or layout ideas ✔️ Marking up floor plans or notes together with your input ✔️ Photos for future use in drawings or documentation ✔️ Walking the space to visualize changes and spot site-specific constraints This service is focused on visual observation and live feedback. It does not include permit research, plan development, or a full code report — but I’ll flag potential concerns and recommend next steps when applicable. This service is perfect if: • You’re remodeling, expanding, or reconfiguring a space • You want a professional review before committing to a purchase • You have a complex site or layout that’s hard to explain virtually • You prefer in-person conversation and collaboration Pricing is based on travel distance from Orange, CT 06477 Includes up to 1 hour on site Includes optional photos for reference (if appropriate) Please enter your project address accurately when booking.
